Recruitment & Staffing Terms

For Clients:

  • Any candidate introduced or presented by All Known Services LLC and subsequently hired, directly or indirectly, must be reported to us.

  • Clients agree to pay recruitment, consulting, and/or service fees as outlined in applicable agreements or contracts.

  • Clients are responsible for maintaining fair, non-discriminatory, and lawful hiring practices.

For Candidates:

  • Candidates must provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date resumes, credentials, and information.

  • Candidates understand that background checks, reference checks, or other verifications may be required based on client or role requirements.

Software Development & Consulting

  • All software development, consulting, or project-based work is governed by separate, signed agreements defining scope, pricing, deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities.

  • Clients must provide clear and complete project requirements before work commences.

  • Intellectual Property (IP) ownership and licensing terms will be specified in the relevant contract.
